The Cell Therapy Processing team is looking for a talented and driven Electronics Technician who can work as part of our technical support team to support our development engineers as well as preparing equipment for field deployment. You will be part of our expanding product engineering team whose main goal is to develop cell therapy products that solve our customer’s cell therapy manufacturing pain points.
Senior Embedded Engineer
As a Senior Embedded Engineer, you are responsible for the Acoustic Controller Module firmware and the Fluid Handling Unit microcontroller code. You will work with both internal resources and the team’s external development partners to ensure appropriate product performance and quality conformance of our software.
Senior Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer
As a member of the Cell Therapy Processing team, you will work closely with R&D team members to smoothly transition advances in the acoustic technology RF transmission electronics into sustainable product implementations.
Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) Engineer
As the Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Perform FPGA Design: Architecture development, algorithm implementation, synthesizable Verilog code generation
- Perform FPGA Design Verification: Testbench development, scripting, Verilog simulation
- Perform FPGA Design Implementation: SDC Constraint driven FPGA Synthesis, place and route, static timing analysis
- Generate design review and deliverable documentation including: review packages, block diagrams, interface control documents, test procedures, requirements verification matrices, and test plans/procedures.
Research Associate, Life Sciences
You are a broadly trained life sciences scientist with hands-on experience in molecular biology, cell culture and analysis and an interest in applying your knowledge to the new class of acoustic cell processing tools. You will be performing all aspects of mammalian cell culture (thawing, expanding, freezing) while helping with acousto-fluidic affinity experiments with a focus on protein and nucleic acid binding ligands characterization (e.g. antibodies and aptamers). You will also contribute with SOP writing and lab management duties that will enable the team to maintain a fast and steady flow of experiments.
Research Engineer, Life Sciences
You will be working in the life sciences group focusing on the development of the acoustic affinity cell selection platform. You will work on all aspects of the early stages of new product development, i.e., brainstorming, concept selection, engineering design and analysis, prototype assembly, testing and documentation. You will perform acousto-fluidic affinity cell selection experiments participate in design of experiments. You will take on SOP writing and lab management duties as needed to enable the team to maintain a fast and steady flow of experiments. You will develop into an independent thinker, innovator and contributor to the development of the cell selection platform.
We are in search of candidates with experience in validation planning of automated laboratory equipment and/or single-use disposables and materials. Your role in validation planning will include the creation of validation methods and test procedures, preparation of test setups, coordination with suppliers, collection of data, and documentation of results for reporting. Your role will involve frequent interfacing with testing laboratories, manufacturing suppliers, external development partners and internal stakeholders.
Head of Field Applications, ekko(tm) Platform
This is a critical role within the company focused on expanding the implementation of acoustic cell processing at cell and gene therapy customer sites across the US. The key focus is to support the ekko™ system by ensuring customer satisfaction and successful evaluations and placements. Specifically, the Head of Field Applications is responsible for the initial frontline support of the company’s product in the field, building client relationships, and gathering feedback / VOC information. The incumbent will have direct input with the Product Development and R&D teams, helping to enable design optimization, development, and refinement of next generation products. A second key part of this role is to spearhead the development of application notes, technical publications, suitable training programs, training materials in print and video, and to roll out these capabilities globally as we transition the ekko™ system into a commercially available product
Associate Director Technical Sales, Cell Therapy (East Coast)
The incumbent will play a key role in supporting the continued market launch of our ekko™ technology by implementing the commercial strategy with early adopters and the growing commercial customer base. Specifically, the new team member will work alongside the wider commerical team to define and prioritize new opportunities, enable evaluations working with the Head of Field Applications, and ensure our technical feedback cycle with the product and applications teams is maintained for continued product development. With the role being field based, the candidate is expected to be self-motivated, driven, and comfortable operating in a remote matrix setup.
